Calculator inputs

All calculator inputs remain in your browser. The application does not send your financial figures to any server. Calculator state is serialized into the URL only when you use the Share button; that URL contains no personally identifying information. No server-side logging of input values occurs.

Analytics

Page-view analytics use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that sets no cookies, does not fingerprint individual users, and does not collect IP addresses beyond what the edge network (Cloudflare/Netlify) processes at the infrastructure level. Plausible's data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual visitor. You can review Plausible's data policy at plausible.io/data-policy .

Advisor-matching form

The optional lead-gen form below the calculator results collects the following fields, each requiring explicit opt-in before submission: ZIP code, asset bucket (approximate range), planning timeline, email address, and optionally a phone number. Submitting the form constitutes consent to share this information with fee-only fiduciary advisor partners for the purpose of scheduling a consultation.

Submitted data is stored in Netlify Blobs (US-based storage) and retained for up to 24 months. To request deletion of your submission, send the email address used in the form to mario@revlent.com with the subject "Data deletion request." We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

We do not sell personal data. We are not a data broker. Form submissions are used solely to facilitate the advisor-matching service described above.

Cookies

The calculator and this site's own code set no cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies. The calculator uses only browser localStorage (for optional preference persistence) and URL parameters; neither constitutes a tracking cookie. Content pages (state guides, bracket guides, and articles under /learn) load Google AdSense, which may set advertising cookies as described in the Advertising section below; the calculator page never loads AdSense.

Content pages on this site (state guides, bracket guides, and articles under /learn) display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and in regions where consent is required you will see a consent prompt before any advertising cookies are set. The calculator itself does not display ads and your calculator inputs are never shared with advertisers; inputs live only in your browser and in the share URL you create. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com .
